Emirates announces new destination in India


The air lines of Emirates (Dubai) announced that it will launch some six weeks direct flights to the Indian city of Kozhikode beginning on July 1. Kozhikode will become the third city in the state of Kerala to be been used with direct flights of Emirates as Dubai. The air line presented services to Kochi in 2002 and Thiruvananthapuram in 2006. Kozhikode will become also the 10th destination of the Emirates in India. On the route of Duba�-Kozhikode, the Emirates will use at the beginning its planes of Boeing 777-200 and A330-200 Airbus, offering seats more businesses 4.000 and economy class and of almost 200 tons to capacity to loading per week in the two directions.
