Dubai launches budget airline

DUBAI (AFP) - the Emirate of Gulf of Dubai announced Monday the launching of sound the first flydubai called budget by air line, which will take with the skies in two months in spite of the total financial crisis.

Flydubai will start with flights towards capital Beirut Lebanese on June 1 and in Jordan 's capital Amman on June 2, the journalists called by Al-Maktoum of Saeed of rack of sheik Ahmed of President of company.

Dubai announced the first time the establishment of the flydubai in March 2008, with a capital of starting of 250 million dirhams (67 million dollars). It will actuate two Boeing of second generation 737-800 planes on Beirut and the routes of Amman, sheik Ahmed indicated.

The Emirate has the largest carrier of the Middle East, Emirats, and with the most occupied airport in the area which accomodated more than 37 million passengers in 2008, an increase of nine percent of 2007.

The air new line will be based with the airport of Dubai, where it will function starting from the terminal two.

There are at least four other air lines budget functioning in the area.

The Emirate close to Charjah actuates the air Arabia, whereas Kuwait the 'routes air of S Jazeera, also functions starting from Dubai and the air of Kuwait, Bahrain flies of the archipelago close to Gulf, and the NAS of Saudi Arabia rich in oil.
